Frequently Asked Questions
What is LallaGo?
LallaGo is a B2B Mobility-as-a-Service platform for companies operating in Morocco. We provide a single digital platform to book, manage, track, and report all corporate mobility — from employee commutes and manager rides to VIP delegate transfers and EV fleet management.
Is LallaGo a taxi company?
No. LallaGo is a technology platform. We connect companies with vetted, independent transport partners. LallaGo does not own vehicles or employ drivers. All rides are delivered by professional mobility partners who comply with our SLAs.
Which cities are available?
LallaGo is currently live in Casablanca, Marrakech, and Tangier. Rabat, Agadir, Fès, and other cities are available on request. Intercity transfers between all major cities are supported.
What is the minimum company size?
Minimum 20 employees for a Corporate Account. If you're a solo business traveler — consultant, advisor, senior manager — use our Private Business Traveler product instead: you register on your own, no company size requirement.
What is the Private Business Traveler product?
A personal LallaGo account for professionals who travel to Morocco for work — consultants, auditors, senior managers, sales reps, freelance advisors. You pay for your own rides upfront via LallaGo Mobility Credits and invoice your company afterwards for reimbursement. All receipts are VAT-ready and CSRD-aligned.
Does it cost anything to register?
No. Registration is completely free — no credit card, no commitment. Your first ride is on us as a trial voucher so you can experience the service before topping up.
How do I pay for my rides?
You top up your personal LallaGo Mobility Credits balance (1 credit = 1 MAD). Three top-up options:
- Credit card directly in the LallaGo Business app (Visa / Mastercard / Amex)
- Bank transfer to our LallaGo account (SEPA from EU, or domestic MAD transfer)
- Cash at our LallaGo cash offices — available in Casablanca, Marrakech, and Tangier
Rides are deducted from your balance at booking. Top up as often or as little as you like.
How does Refer & Earn work?
We want LallaGo Credits to be used, not to sit in an account. So the reward is always given in credits you can spend on a real ride.
- Share your unique referral link with a colleague or friend.
- They install the app and register (30 seconds).
- When they book and complete their first paid ride, LallaGo Credits are added to their account — and to yours. Both of you are notified in-app.
- No reward is triggered for a mere signup — it activates only on the first paid ride.
Launch promotion. Refer & Earn runs as an enhanced promo during the first 3 to 6 months after launch. After that the reward structure may evolve — current users will always see the live rules in the app.
You can also transfer or gift Mobility Credits directly to another LallaGo user — useful for splitting a ride after the fact, or covering a colleague's trip.
Do I need a Moroccan phone number or ID?
No. Any international phone number and email work. We just need your passport or national ID at first top-up for KYC (Moroccan financial regulation, handled compliantly by LallaGo in line with Moroccan AML rules).
How do I invoice my company after my trip?
As a Private Business Traveler you stay in control of your own paperwork. Inside the app / dashboard you can download, at any time:
- A VAT-compliant invoice PDF for every single ride, issued in your name.
- Your full trip history (dates, routes, drivers, amounts).
- Monthly, quarterly, or yearly summary PDFs — CSRD-aligned Scope 3 CO₂ data included.
You forward those documents to your employer's procurement, finance, or expense team yourself — LallaGo does not integrate with your finance department and will not auto-send anything on your behalf. Corporate Account clients, in contrast, receive consolidated monthly invoices directly and can pull day / week / month / year reports from their admin dashboard.
Which services can a Private Business Traveler book?
Full catalogue: airport pickups, city rides, half-day and full-day chauffeur, intercity transfers (Casablanca ↔ Marrakech / Tangier), Al Boraq train station pickups, and VIP Meet & Greet. Same drivers, same Business Sedan / SUV fleet as Corporate clients. No two-tier service.
Can my company reimburse the rides directly?
As a Private Business Traveler you handle the expense report yourself: you pay via your Mobility Credits, download the VAT invoice PDF from the app, and forward it to your procurement / finance team. They reimburse you under your company's normal expense policy. LallaGo does not invoice your employer directly on this plan.
If your company wants rides to be paid centrally (employees don't pay or file expense claims at all), switch to a Corporate Account — the company pre-loads a mobility budget, rides are drawn from it, and LallaGo sends one consolidated monthly invoice plus CSRD reports to the company.
What if my employer has a LallaGo Corporate Account?
You can switch mode inside the app at any time. Book under your personal Mobility Credits (private trip, reimbursed later) or under your company's pre-loaded budget (covered by corporate wallet, zero out-of-pocket). Useful for people who travel both for work and personally — keeps the two spending lines clean.
Do unused Mobility Credits expire?
Mobility Credits are valid for 12 months from top-up date. Unused credits at expiry roll over once automatically if you've had any ride activity in the last 90 days. You can also transfer unused credits to another LallaGo user — we'd rather see credits spent on rides than sitting in an account.
Can I book a ride for a guest, friend, or colleague?
Yes — all rides go through the app, so anyone you want to include must have a LallaGo account (it takes 30 seconds to register). You have two ways to do it:
- Invite them via your personal link. They install the app, register, and appear in your contacts inside LallaGo. From there you can add them to a group ride or let them book themselves.
- Group ride (people you already know) — once your colleagues are in the app, book a Business Sedan / SUV / Van for the party. One ride, one driver. Whoever books pays from their Mobility Credits; you can also split and transfer credits between accounts before or after the ride.
See the next entry for how this differs from a shared ride with strangers.
What's the difference between a group ride and a shared ride?
Two different concepts:
- Group ride (private) — you ride with people you already know (colleagues, a delegation, a team). You book the vehicle for the whole party. One passenger pays for the whole ride (usually you). Car is exclusive to your group.
- Shared ride (pooled) — you share a vehicle with other LallaGo travelers you don't know going along a similar route. You pay only for your seat, not the whole ride — typically 30–45% cheaper. CO₂ per person drops significantly. Small detour may apply to pick up or drop off other passengers. Not available for VIP Meet & Greet or full-day chauffeur.
How do Mobility Credits work?
Mobility Credits = MAD (1:1). You top up a prepaid balance — a Corporate Account tops up a central company wallet for the whole team, a Private Business Traveler tops up a personal balance. Rides are deducted at booking. LallaGo settles directly with the transport partner. Top-up options: credit card directly in the LallaGo Business app, bank transfer to our account, or cash at LallaGo cash offices (Casablanca, Marrakech, Tangier).
What's included in the Management Fee?
The Management Fee applies only to Corporate Accounts — never to Private Business Travelers. Private users pay for their rides and nothing else.
For Corporate Accounts, the Management Fee covers full platform access: admin dashboard, role-based controls, CO₂ / CSRD reporting, consolidated digital invoicing, all vehicle classes, delegate services, and the employee app — no feature limits at any tier. Price drops as your team grows: 290 MAD / employee / month (20–49), 250 MAD (50–99), 225 MAD (100+).
How does the free pilot work?
The 30-day free pilot is for Corporate Accounts (20+ employees): 0 MAD Management Fee, welcome credits based on team size (3,000–15,000 MAD), no credit card required, no commitment. Private Business Travelers get a simpler deal — free registration and first ride on us.
Can I book for a guest who doesn't have the app?
Yes. Your EA or travel manager books on behalf of the guest. The guest receives ride details and driver info via WhatsApp — no app download needed.
What's included in a Delegate Package?
Multi-day, multi-service packages tailored per delegation. Typically: airport VIP pickup, dedicated chauffeur for meetings, intercity transfers, restaurant/hotel shuttles — all on one invoice with full CO₂ documentation.
Is LallaGo CSRD compliant?
Yes. Our CO₂ reports are aligned with CSRD (ESRS E1), GRI 305-3, GHG Protocol (Scope 3 Category 6), and ISO 14064. Reports are auto-generated monthly and export-ready for your sustainability team.
What about EV fleet and car rental?
EV mobility is on the LallaGo roadmap. More details coming soon — stay tuned.
What we can confirm today:
- Short-term EV rentals (1–30 days) will run through Mobility Credits, once the first EV partners go live on the platform.
- Long-term EV leasing (LLD, 12–60 months): LallaGo will act exclusively as a broker and intermediary with licensed Moroccan leasing providers. The contract is between the client and the leasing partner; LallaGo earns a supplier-side referral commission, never a fee from the client.
- EV rides from our standard fleet (Business Sedan EV, where available) will be bookable like any other class.
Register for early access — we'll notify Private Business Travelers and Corporate Accounts first when the EV catalogue opens.
